2 Lamb shank,
2 small potatoes,
3 cloves of garlic,
1 gram turmeric,
1 clove, 1 cardamom, 1 small stick of cinnamon,
1 red onion,
2 tomatoes,
1 Carrot, sliced into bite size pieces
Heat a pan with 2 cups of water
add the cinnamon, garlic, turmeric powder and cardamon. Once the water is hot enough add the lamb chops and the potato and sliced carrot. Cook the meat for about 20 minutes, once you feel its tender enough strain the water this will get rid of the fat. Now add 2 tea spoons of oil, add the onion, garlic, ginger paste and the lamb chops, after 5 mins add the tomatoes. Add coriander and red chilli powder to the content. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes at a low flame. Add a cup of water cook slowly for the next 30 minutes. Serve it with a few salad greens with white rice. Excellent food little fatty.
